Jillian, if you could give me specific towns in Oklahoma and Minnesota - specifically, regarding the music schools you had mentioned - that would be a great help.

Chicago- Dont even bother. Its obscenely high; an apartment that runs $750 in the burbs is like $980 there.
OK- Good prices, but not much to actually do.
MIN- oh my god, if you move there Im going with you!
WI- that area isnt too bad, from what Ive seen its pretty close to our exurbs (like Huntley, McHenry, that sorta thing).
TX- No idea
