Look up the trends in real estate pricing in the following areas:
Chicago-ish
Northern Oklahoma
Minnesota
Green Bay-ish, Wisconsin
San Antonio-ish, Texas
Jillian, if you could give me specific towns in Oklahoma and Minnesota - specifically, regarding the music schools you had mentioned - that would be a great help.

Date: 2008-02-23 04:16 pm (UTC)As for Green Bay, I'd say be very careful about where you choose to look into real estate. The crime rate is one of the highest in the area (considering its position as the largest city in a 500 mile radius, this shouldn't be surprising).
