Kevin O'Shea: It won't connect, and it times out.
Sunil: OK.
Sunil: Which FTP client you are using ?
Kevin O'Shea: SmartFTP
Sunil: I am also inside of your cpanel
Sunil: Please try using some other FTP client.
Sunil: Everything is ok on the server,
Kevin O'Shea: I'll attempt that later today. I still can't get into the control panel, however.
Sunil: Its very stable and running fine.
Kevin O'Shea: I've attempted to get to it on three different computers from three different IPs, and none of them can even get into the login.
Kevin O'Shea: It times out.
Sunil: And then type your username and password.
Sunil: Please try now.
Kevin O'Shea: No, still nothing.
Sunil: I am able to FTP and login to your cPanel successfully.
Sunil: Please try your ISP connectivity.
Sunil: Also make sure that you are not behind a firewall.

I think it's time to get another server again. And even if I don't, I'll probably want to look elsewhere if I want to get personal web hosting service, as their customer service sucks. This conversation was not an isolated incident, let me tell you.

So! Along those lines, does anyone happen to have any suggestions as to where I could probably start looking for personal web hosting? Anyone have any favorites or services that have worked well for them?
