...because Genesis sounds an awful lot like Disturbed right now.

On a more serious note, I'm pleasantly surprised. This cover of "Land of Confusion" that's on the radio right now is actually pretty good. I know I like to say I champion local bands (not as much as Debbie or Dayna does, but I do what I can), but I've never really been a big Disturbed fan.

Yes, I know this is old news, and I know that this cover's been around since late summer, but I've only heard it maybe twice, and I've never had a chance to sit and actually listen to it until now.

But since we've no place to go...

I am so glad that I parked in the covered lot.

I survived the Blizzard of 'aught-seven...

...and I all I got was this crappy T-shirt.

Actually, I shouldn't be speaking so soon. I'm still at work, and I'm going to have to drive home in the middle of the predicted 21-hour blizzard (Midnight last night to roughly 9 tonight, according to the radio).

I have a little over half an hour to close up the office before I leave. Wish me luck.

I hate waiting.
