Half day today.

alliancesjrI'm taking four hours off today - to complement the four hours I took off a month or so ago - and leaving at lunchtime, because I'm going with my parents up to Milwaukee.
We're going to a Brewers game.
Sure, the Brewers aren't the Cubs, but it's baseball. Which is why my mom wanted to get tickets this year, because the Cubs always sell out like right away.
You can say anything at all you want to about the Cubs. Anything at all. But very few baseball teams have PACKED STADIUMS FOR EVERY GAME DURING THE ENTIRE SEASON. Cubs fans are the best fans in the world.
But anyway, my mom couldn't get more than two Cubs games, so she decided to get a bunch of tickets for the Brewers. About a three hour drive from our house, decidedly less expensive (unless the Cubs are playing that day), and hey, baseball! I'm not too much a fan of watching sports on TV, but it is absolutely glorious going to a game.
So I'll be home late.
