alliancesjr: So I wrote something in my LiveJournal today.

saint_kyra: Oh?

alliancesjr: Yeah. It's something that has been bugging me for a while, that I really needed to write down and get out of my head. I was feeling nostalgic about my first fandom--

saint_kyra: Dragonball?

alliancesjr: Animorphs. I was feeling nostalgic about it, and got to thinking. Yeerks are very similar to Goa'uld - though they have distinct biological differences, the general concept is the same. So I got to thinking about what would happen if the SGC encountered a Yeerk. Then I realized that another character in Animorphs - the Ellimist - is fond of pulling the heroes out and using them in face-off challenges against a set of bad guys, which is a lot like a famous Spiderman story-arc called "Secret War".

saint_kyra: Please don't tell me that you're doing a Stargate/Animorphs/Spiderman crossover.

alliancesjr: No, there's no Spiderman in it. The title is just a tribute to it.

saint_kyra: Good. Now I don't have to kill you.

alliancesjr: ...but there will be Buffy, Starcraft, and Ranma.

saint_kyra: I'm going to have to kill you.

Hey, it could have been worse. He could have taken my suggestion and went with Himura Kenshin, from Ruroni Kenshin.
