Weigh-In Wednesday

Morning Weigh-in: 234

This is going to work. I feel good about it. I had my last bottle of Mountain Dew yesterday, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. My sweet nectar of the gods, I will miss you.

Plan for this week: Eat normally, and make a list of what I go through on an average week. I need a basis for comparison, after all.

Plan for next week: Same foods, but work on portion control. One step at a time.

sparkpeople.com. Has fitness, nutrition, communities, the works. All free. With the nutrition, you can look at an overview of your day each day, and figure out what you need to work on. You can also track nontraditional things like specific vitamins and such. Give it a look.
