One weakness I've noticed is the general flow of your stories, which relates to your lack of focus, I think. Basically, when you're bored writing the "uninteresting" part of the plot, it comes out through your voice and I end up feeling bored in those areas too.

I would definitely agree with your strengths. You also have the ability to actually plan a plot out to completion, though obviously details are all filled in as you go. You just have interesting ideas to write about and, believe me, that's hard for a lot of us.
