I wanted to get as many questions as I could and do them all at once, and I also wanted to take my time answering so that I got them right. Sorry for the wait.
Go ahead and post and I'll give you questions eventually. Sometime. When I get around to it. Also, feel free to ask for elaboration on my answers if you don't think they're detailed enough.
Ravine
1) How'd you come up with the idea of Katheryn?
Wow, that's the most in-depth answer, and it comes way first. Well, Kate's been in use as a character for about two years now; she started as Caoimhe on the server Steamwheedle Cartel. As I was getting a feel for a character, I basically developed the very basic aspects of her past; her brother died during the Scourge invasion, and her father was a paladin. That's really all I managed to do; the RP guild I was in wasn't that great of one. It did have a couple great people; one notable one was the warrior Azial, who Caoimhe had a crush on, and basically had the same witty banter back and forth with her that later on Kate had with Eykrie, which is why she fell for him.
Kate's personality basically evolved both from playing her as she grew as a character, and my own personality. When I transferred her over to Sentinels, which allowed me to rename her Katheryn, I added a lot more of my own personality, since she was pretty vague until then (She had a crisis of faith during her mission to Scarlet Monastary, and had since gotten over it).
Her current character is basically the extension of that, plus various Discworld references that I like to use these days.
2) What's your most memorable RP experience?
Are you talking WoW or just in general? The most memorable experience in general that I've ever had was running my Whitefall campaign for D&D over AIM, and having a couple of my players not only have awesome ideas that completely destroyed my plans for epic boss fights, but they rolled 20s on those ideas and made them work. Laeric, a fighter, shoved a grenade in the mouth of a rabid mother burrowing creature, and I rewarded him (and punished everyone for ruining my plans) with an exploding skull, which did slashing damage to people who failed their Reflex rolls.
The other time was in that same campaign, where Variel, a sorcerer, over the course of several rounds, succeeded a crapload of grapple, Strength, and Concentration checks to climb onto the back of a rampaging giant whale, grab hold, and cast Snowball Storm right down its blowhole. It was pretty epic.
3) Where have you traveled to?
Countries, or states? I've only been out of the country once, and that was to Mexico for our 2000 summer vacation. We went to the Club Med in Ixtapa, and that was pretty fun. Um, I've been to Houston, Seattle, St. Louis, various places in Indiana and Wisconsin and Michigan, San Francisco, Orlando a few times, Hawaii once (both O'ahu and Maui, that was a week and a half vacation)....
I think I'm forgetting a few things, too. I've also been to a couple airports in different cities because of layovers, but that doesn't count.
4) Favorite console game?
Wow, that's a tough one. I've played a lot of great games, in a variety of different genres. I'm not even certain I have a favorite. Give me a genre to narrow it down.
5) What foreign language would you like to learn?
I'd like to finish learning French. I took two years of it in High School and I can only remember about ten percent of it.

1. What was the last book you read and would you recommend it?
I'll need clarification before I answer this; new book, or just the book I read last, regardless of how many times I've read it before? Also, I tend to read a few different books at the same time these days; one while I'm at work and have free time, one when I'm in the car and not the one driving, and one when I'm in bed.
2. What was your favorite moment from your visit with us?
Sitting in your denuded apartment, just chatting. I very specifically remember a Golden Sun conversation between myself and Ian, and you had your CD player out I think.
3. When does a relationship cross the line from friendship to "something more"?
That's really a case-by-case thing, I think. Are you asking for a specific example? Because I can give the Jillian one if you like.
4. What's your favorite childhood memory?
Oh, gosh, this is a tough one. Um, there's a lot of really good memories, but the one that jumps out at me was going to the Dells when I was seven. That was really my summer; I sat in a seat by myself on the Duck tour, and the driver asked me to sit up front with him when he got on, and I even got to steer in the lake. Then later, we went to the circus museum, and not only did I get to help the clown tour guide put on his makeup (it was really interesting, by the way; while he was putting his stuff on, he was explaining about the history of clowning, and the different types of clowns, and also it was really funny the way he was putting on his gear too, since he would put a foot up on the chair to tie it, but he bent down to tie the shoe on the floor instead of the one on the chair, and stuff like that), but when the circus performance was going on, I got pulled out of the audience to kick one of the clowns in the butt to help him unstick his finger from his balloons.
5. If someone asked you to live homeless for a year in return for giving a homeless person a safe place and food for the same year, would you?
I've actually been homeless, albeit only for a few months, so I know most of what that would entail.
And yes.
Rowan
1. Am I ever going to see you again?
Yes. Let's make plans. I'm sorry, I suck at organizing local hangings-out; just ask Jim or Debbie or Melissa.
2. What is your favorite thing about your mom?
She never gives up. She finds what she wants to do, and she finds a way to make it happen. She kicked breast cancer in the FACE. She never gives up on us, either.
It's just her....tenacity, I guess. Tenacity and courage. She has one of the strongest personalities I know.
3. Do you have a secret name for kyraa?
You know, I don't. I call her Jillibean sometimes, but so do a lot of other people. I'm not one for making up secret nicknames; it's usually Jillian or Jillibean or sweetheart.
4. Which will you survive? the Zombie Onslaught, or the Robot takeover?
I'd hope I'd survive both, honestly, but if I had to pick one? Robots. Easier cleanup.
5. When are you going to put on a kilt?
When there's one available to me and I'm prompted to. I've already worn one of Jillian's skirts. And no, you can't see. There were no pictures taken.
Rene
1. Was there ever a point in your life when the different religions of your parents was a problem?
Honestly, no, but that's because we've never really been that religious of a family.
2. What's your biggest regret?
In what respects? Because right now, I'm regretting that Queso Crunchwrap. It was oh-so-good at the time, though.
3. Would you consider yourself a passive or aggressive person?
Depends on how I'm feeling, and what the situation is. I really would like to say that I'm passive in certain respects and aggressive in others. Overall, I can't really say. Jillian, care to give your perspective?
4. DESERTED ISLAND QUESTION: You, deserted island, you can only bring three things (not people). WHAT THEY BE.
Boat, potable water, dried and preserved food that requires no cooking.
But I have the feeling that doesn't count.
5. Be honest: DOES MY ABUSE OF CAPSLOCK ANNOY THE FUCK OUT OF YOU!? I AM SCREAMING IN YOUR HEAD RIGHT NOW.
YES OH MY GOD YOU ARE SO ANNOYING WHAT THE HELL
Liane
1. What's your favorite thing about Jillian?
The fact that I honestly cannot narrow it down to just one.
2. How do you spend your free time?
Other than WoW? Reading, mostly, but lately I've been playing around with audio-recording and editing software for my new podcast. Have you listened yet?
3. Do you prefer rollerblading or skateboarding?
In-line skating. Because I don't know how to skateboard. I actually have a pair of Rollerblade-brand skates, so I'm allowed to say Rollerblading.
4. If you had ten thousand dollars to spend, and you had to spend it all in one day, how would you use it?
Investing doesn't count? Well, I might make a down-payment on a house, or something else long-term like that.
5. What's one thing you've promised yourself you'll never do as a parent?
Give up.
Jillian, because I save the most beautiful for last.
1) What is your greatest anxiety about moving to Houston?
Being apart from the rest of my family. Though they're welcome to visit, and I'd go back for Christmas and as often as I was financially able.
2) If you had one habit to break off, what would it be?
The spiral of worrying. You know precisely what I mean by that.
3) What fandom have you wanted others to follow you into to the bitter end?
Buffy.
4) How often do you listen to music, now, and what genres do you listen to that you didn't when I met you?
Much more than I used to, both because of having iTunes running while I'm playing WoW, and the fact that I've got a radio at work.
And the second part is an extra question, but I'll answer it anyway. I actually listen to the same genres you do, but I listen to choral arrangements and similar styles a lot more often since I've met you.
5) Why is the wolf your favorite animal?
Wolves are intelligent and caring; they're pack animals, and they care for each other. They look out for each other. Also, they look really cool airbrushed onto a t-shirt.
Go ahead and post and I'll give you questions eventually. Sometime. When I get around to it. Also, feel free to ask for elaboration on my answers if you don't think they're detailed enough.
