In terms of writing...
Oct. 9th, 2008 05:09 pmI've been thinking a lot today about the direction I want Theater of War to go. There's the general direction, which hasn't changed, and the specific directions, which I've been adjusting somewhat.
What this means is that I need to slow down work on the next couple chapters (even more than it already is) until I work out a rough outline. I've got the ideas in my head, but I want to put them down so I don't lose them - and also so they're easy to remember when I want to adjust them further.
In addition, some of the things I'm referring to are events that I've only read/seen once, so right now I'm going back through the backissues of Naruto and reading most of it again, so it's all fresh in my mind. Work on the next chapter is currently taking a backseat to this.
What this means is be patient, I'm going for quality rather than speed. I think that's a better tradeoff.
