I'm a pretty big Golden Sun fan. It's pretty much what helped Ian and myself hit it off so well, and was the reason Dayna followed me home from customers_suck. This is a pretty decent action pose of Felix, my favorite character and the one I identify with the most, hence his presence in most of my icons.




Ah, Admiral Daala. One of the best minds in the Galactic Empire's navy, her genius was wasted for many years because she was stuck overseeing the Maw Scientific Installation in the middle of the black hole cluster near Kessel. When she finally surfaced, she terrorized the New Republic, even though she only had three Star Destroyers at her disposal; a paltry force, but since the New Republic's attention was focused elsewhere, she was able to wreak havoc. Even much later, when she tried to reform the Empire by killing off all the surviving warlords and bringing their forces to heel, she only lost because there were Jedi after her.

Her grasp of strategy and real-time tactical maneuvers is second only to Grand Moff Tarkin, who she served under when she first joined the military. In both senses of the phrase. She learned everything she could from him, both in direct lessons and in the fact that, well, he talks in his sleep.

Her status, by the way? Still at large.
