I understand that these posts don't make sense to those who don't play the game. I apologise.

Wasn't able to play this weekend (obviously), but the previous week I brought Krajin up three levels, from 45 to 48, essentially doing three Maraudon runs (a Princess run and two full clears) and a five-man clear of Jintha'alor in the Hinterlands. I was looking for Prince Weston, but I didn't see him. (Strange, I always thought it was like "the boonies" or something, but apparently those are way south of here.) All of this done on rested XP, too, so it went pretty fast. I've got enough rested to get me all the way to 49, and I want to FINISH my damn Uldaman quest, maybe make one or two more Maraudon clears, and work on Sunken Temple. I think I can do Sunken Temple now, actually, so I'll try to get the guild to pull a group together this weekend. I know Arawngeist wants to go, and Mrs. Z said she's got a quest still. I'll look for quests I can pick up on Friday.

I want to make it to 60 by Christmas. Basically, 1-60 in six months. I've got twelve levels to go, and I'd really like as much help as reasonably possible. No, I don't mean tagging along and let others kill things for me, I mean doing a LOT of instances between now and then. Maraudon and Sunken Temple until I can get to Blackrock Depths (Level 53, I think? Anyone?), and if there are any other 5-man dungeons I can do without having to be 60, I want to do those, too. Dire Maul, Lower Blackrock Spire. Hell, if I can justify coming to a guild Stratholme or Scholomance below level 58, I'd reap massive benefits in XP alone.

That's what I mean by "as much help as reasonably possible". Lots and lots of instances. I'll probably make a post in the guild forums asking for this, but if people are willing and able to let me come along in instances (that I wouldn't be drawing aggro liek whoa for), I'd greatly appreciate it.

What's in it for me? Fun, mostly. I love instances, they're my favorite part of the game. Also, my share of the money gained, which is always good, and of course, MASSIVE XP GAIN. I can even start picking up the dungeon sets (Tier 0 and .5, which I've already got one piece of Beaststalker from Ox) if I'm the only one who that would be an upgrade for. And any other gear, I'm willing to have last priority, but if I'm the only one who could use such an upgrade, I'd like it.

What's in it for you? Another level 60 Marksmanship-specced Hunter. That means another person to put in a Rogue or Warrior group (Trueshot Aura maxed out is +100 attack power), extra ranged physical DPS (and lots of it), and another guaranteed person for Friday and Saturday night raids (and other nights if I plan ahead for it). Oxnard has said that Hunters and Druids are two classes that are underrepresented in the guild right now (though there have been more Hunters added since then), but you guys have known me since I started the game, so you've got familiarity and whatever respect I've managed to earn in the last five (six by then) months. Plus another 60 means you've got another willing and able person to help out new members (and established alts) level and gear up. As I've had plenty of help up to this point (and hopefully the aforementioned anticipated help for the next twelve levels), I'd be more than happy to return the favor.

I'm excited and I'm hoping that this isn't too much to ask.

Possibly the best "Things I Should Not Do at Hogwarts" ever, taken from Appendix A.

I will not arrange for a DVD of "This Is Spinal Tap" and a drum kit to be sitting in the DADA Proessor's room on 1 September as a "Welcome To Hogwarts" Present.

I call this next song, "Lick my Love Pump".
